"Very dissatisfied with this office. I was sold a binding insurance policy and paid in full. A few weeks later I was billed an additional $400. When I called to complain I was told I paid for a quote. Quotes are not binding, nor do you pay for a quote. I should have been notified for the change in price, which I was not. The agent in the office told me it was the underwriter who change the price due to being hit and run and having my Catli convert stolen twice when living in CA. According to a Statefarm insert I cannot be charged unless 2 claim in a 12-month period. The claims were more than a year apart. If the terms were changing, I should have been notified and given proper notice. I was getting ready to add a home policy at the close of escrow but now I have doubts about this office. I'm hoping to hear back from John McLeod but it's useless to reach out to Statefarms customer service and speak to a live person. I was looking forward to conducting business and bring my rentals to this office."
